We have been showcased in the Lakeland Ledger ( local newspaper) business section for our 20th anniversary. We are a Part's Today company also, a Marcone based business franchise. We have been doing factory service for most all brands for over 20 years.

About our staff
Cannon's Appliance Service began a small business out of Don Cannon's home.With the honest service we provide daily we have grown to a large central Lakeland,FL. business building.Which we are daily adapting to new ways to get service to you even better.We currently have 15 employees. All of our staff are very knowledgeable in the appliance repair industry. We handle your calls directly and have no call centers. If you call us, you will speak direct to our office without confusing voice prompt systems during normal business hours. We just make our voice prompt simple (Press 1 for customer service or Press 2 for the parts department) All service technicians are background checked and drug tested by Plus 1 solutions.

The Price to your home includes 30 minutes of labor or diagnosis whichever is needed.You are not charged a second trip charge rate to your home if we do not stock the part on our truck. (Just the time involved if we need to come back for a part not stocked on the truck, $30.00 minimum, which will include 30 minutes of labor.) If the service call runs over the 30 minutes we do charge for every 5 minutes over (example 15 minutes $15.00 extra) Most service calls are under 30 minutes. All appointments are called one day ahead for reminders and confirmation. A Time frame of within 2 hours estimate can be given the day of, if you call us back after 8:30 am. You can schedule morning or afternoon appointments at the time of the call also, but may delay your soonest appointment for the time slot requested.

Price includes basic diagnosis only. Shop repairs are drop off only. We will have your appliance diagnosis between 1-2 days unless told otherwise.
