What the price includes:

The basic call rate includes the trip to your home and up to 30 minutes on one product whether it's diagnosis,labor or both. You are not charged a second trip charge rate to your home if we do not stock the part on our truck. ( Just the time involved if we need to come back for a part not stocked on the truck, $30.00 minimum, which will include 30 minutes of labor. )

Multiple appliances in home are a $30.00 fee per extra appliance at the same residence. The fee covers labor or diagnosis which ever is done.  

If the service call runs over the 30 minutes we do charge for every 5 minutes over (example 15 minutes $15.00 extra). Most service calls are under the trip charge basic rate charge.
