Order Shipping Information:
Most orders are sent by www.USPS.com 2-3 day Priority, except LARGE AND HEAVY items may be sent by www.ups.com ground. Orders will be sent out same day or next business day. Example ( An order placed on the Weekend will be sent out on Monday if not a Holiday date )
You will be emailed when your part(s) are shipped with a tracking number. You can log into www.ups.com or www.usps.com and click tracking. Enter the tracking number we provided in your invoice sent by the email we sent you. Accept terms and conditions, and it will give you the day it is going to be at your home or business. It usually takes one full business day once shipped to give you a confirmed arrival date. All packages are automaticaly at no charge, insured up to $100.00 against any damage caused by UPS only. Your parts will arrive from us in a well packed shipping box labeled ( Cannon's Appliance Service and www.needapplianceparts.com ). Any amounts over $100.00 are also insured. If you are not home at time of delivery, UPS and USPS will leave the package at your front door. If you feel like you need a signature request for delivery, please contact us when you make the purchase and we will mark package for signature.
Parts labeled special offer free shipping will be free shipping upon check out. It will not add any shipping to total.
UPS will not ship to PO boxes. We must send by USPS, if you have a PO box. Please check the option for PO Box shipping. Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipped. All rates are flat rates, even if the cost was less. Includes shipping and handling charges.
Hawaii and Alaska is a $12.00 flat fee for USPS 3 day shipping. Fee is based on large and small orders up to 7lbs. handling charges. The shipping difference cannot be refunded for smaller orders if cheaper once shipped. You will be emailed a delivery confirmation number for these shipments also. These states do not qualify for Free shipping at this time.
